Reptile Park Excursion

I was lucky enough to chaperone Alaina’s school excursion to the Reptile Park and it was great fun!  I had a group of 6 kids and we got to enjoy several shows and talks and see a lot of really cool animals!

Some kids volunteered to hold some of the reptiles and then got to walk around to show their classmates.

After the first show, I took my group to explore the other animals…here are the dingoes.

Festival of the Winds

After the school fair on Saturday, we had another busy day on Sunday as we headed for Bondi Pavilion for their annual kite festival.  We met up with some friends down at the beach for lunch, some fun kid activities and playing in the sand while watching all of the amazing kites flying high in the sky.

I wouldn’t normally allow something like this, but they were having so much fun and I knew they were going to miss the snow this year, so…yeah, not so fun to clean out all this sand later!
