On our first day of spring (Sept. 1), we had a beautiful, sunny day, so Hallie and I made the most of it and headed for the beach in Mona Vale. Hallie took a cat nap on our way so that we could stay and play longer!
We met some friends there and the kids had a blast playing in the sand and running back and forth into the waves.
We decided it was time for Hallie to have something special just for her, so we started looking into a dance class. She did a trial class with some friends and it was so cute to see her excited about her outfit and shoes. She was too cute and she knew it!
We actually ended up putting Hallie into the same dance studio that her big sisters go to and she is now preparing for her first recital!!
We put together a nice picture frame with these shots in it for Brian for his Aussie Father’s Day.
Later on Father’s Day, Brian and I got the chance to go to a show at the Opera House. Our friend, Lizzie watched our kiddos and we had a marvelous night out, complete with train ride into the city, a great show with awesome seats, champagne overlooking the harbour at intermission and a bit to eat at the Opera Bar after.
