Enjoying the views from our window at Grandma’s house before heading back to Nana & Papa’s.
It was finally the perfect snow man building snow, so that’s exactly what we did when we got back.
After a fun day of playing in the snow, we had another birthday celebration with my side of the family. My 10-year-old neice, Adia designed and made this cake for us-so talented and taking after her dad in the cake making department!
On our last day, we packed up and left Fenton late morning. We stopped in Battle Creek and my Aunt & Uncle’s house when my Grandpa was also living. We had a very nice visit and lunch with all them, but it would be the last time we would see Grandpa Jake. So glad we got to spend some time with him and that we planned this trip back to the States…what a blessing!
From here we headed to Chicago to the airport.
We had great fligths home and the girls were fabulous! We couldn’t ask for better travelers!
