September was a very busy month at the girls’ schools!
Hallie got to share a Father’s Day brekkie at preschool with her Daddy as well as sing and play.
The next day was the bi-annual Spring Fair at Wahroonga Public School. It’s such a fun day full of great international food, fair rides, fun activities, special performances (Alaina played in the band and Kyla danced with the junior dance group), and great food and market stalls.
We let the girls choose between hair spray or face/body paint. Kyla got “interviewed” during her hair spray.
Alaina performed with the band before getting her hair done.
Then it was time for the rides!!
Fairy floss!
Lucky Dips, then time for home! A long, fun day!!
Just 3 days later, the K-2 kids performed in the School Concert. The theme was Around the World and Kyla’s class had Surfin’ USA!
2 days later, the 3-6 kids performed and Alaina’s class had Australia and did G’day G’day. The concerts were SO well done and we can’t wait to get the DVDs!
Hallie enjoyed a playdate with preschool friends
Term 3 is over! Summer uniforms ready for term 4!
Kyla (on left by teacher in white) performing her recorder in a school assembly
Alaina’s Intermediate choir got to perform at Sydney’s Town Hall in the Primary Proms. What a neat experience for my budding singer!
