Vivid Festival

As an early anniversary night out, we had our Aussie Nana baby-sit the girls while Brian and I headed into the city for Sydney’s Vivid Festival. We took the train in to Circular Quay to check out the Opera House and grab some dinner before walking over to Darling Harbour to catch our ferry.

We walked by the Custom House which was very cool with loud music playing and cool art displays!

We made it to Darling Harbour with 15 minutes to spare! (we were speed walking from Circular Quay as we were running out of time and we weren’t even sure where our wharf was!)

As we boarded our ferry on this beautiful night, we were sent off with a champagne toast, nibbles and a firework show!

The Harbour Bridge was way cooler on this side!

After our ferry, we hopped on the regular ferry to head back over to Circular Quay.  We got some spectacular shots of the Opera House coming in.

We thought Vivid was so cool that we wanted to take the kids to check it out, so we met our friends there the following week to grab some dinner and check out the Vivid Aquatique Show at Darling Harbour.
