The Watson family finally went for a buffet breakfast on our last full day in Fiji. It was very good, but we were happy to have avoided all of the excess food earlier in the week. It was worth the wait! After breakfast, we took the kids to kid’s club while the Watsons and Davidsons went for an exploration walk and the Perrys went golfing.
The airstrip we had to pass any time we went toward Musket Cove Resort.
Low tide opposite the airstrip

Views from the marina
The only boat Brian could afford…
Views of the cove & lagoon area we kayaked in earlier in the week.
Low tide, so we were able to explore a lot more and cross over to the other part of the island.
Lots of sea life…star fish, crabs, clams, etc.
Watching a group of Fijian children heading back home from getting some items from the south island during low tide.
Amazing views from high up on the hills.

Back to get the kids and head back to the kids pool one more time. The waterslide was definitely a hit!
Kids back to kids club. Sylvia and I went to a little Fijian cooking lesson.
Then it was time for special treats and “relaxing” in the hammocks with the kids.
Then it was the moment the girls had been waiting for…time to get their hair braided!!! I’m not a huge fan of all the braids, but they did want some, so we compromised and they each got 3 braids.
After putting the kids in the kid’s club one final time, we headed to the adults only resort for dinner. What a different atmosphere!!
We had a great last dinner together!
After dinner, it was a couple games of cards and our last night hanging out with our friends.
We had a VERY early morning the next day. We had the 5:45am boat back to main island, so it was a pretty early wake up call.
Happy to have movies and breakfast on our plane home. Great vacation!!!!!!
