April came and went, especially fast due to our 2-week autumn holiday, visitors, and vacation! Here are some of the things that went on in between all of the big events.
Just another day and Hallie getting into things…at least this time it was just stickers!
I decided on one of my runs, to grab a few pictures to show what my typical running views consisted of…I’m pretty spoiled! No matter what the season, there’s always something beautiful in bloom!
I have a few different running routes, but this is a nice one called the Golden Jubilee field-it has a great newly paved trail around the baseball fields and other large open fields. There are some surrounding bushwalking trails that I’m yet to check out, but the views around here are spectacular!
I’m always amazed at the wildlife I encounter on my runs. Pictured are the kookaburra and some bush turkeys, but I usually see heaps of cockatoos and lorikeets, as well as passing the local dog park. The sites and sounds are pretty great!
We hosted Brian’s team and their families for a great night of food, drink and fun!
As a parent of a kindy kid, you get to know everyone very quick as there are a ton of birthday parties! I actually really look forward to these parties though as I get to catch up with a bunch of friends too!
Just a couple cute shots of Kyla as we were preparing her birthday invitation.
Alaina has now lost 4 teeth!
Kyla and Alaina got to have superhero week at dance and had so much fun getting all dressed up…and posing! (Kudos to my friend, Sylvia who made Alaina’s mask and shield-Super Alaina!)
