This as our official Easter Day family photo, but since we were on vacation up at the Gold Coast this year for Easter, our regular festivities (egg decorating, Easter baskets and egg hunt) happened a little later.
We actually didn’t end up decorating eggs until well after Easter with having visitors and planning our vacation, but I knew the girls wanted to do it and they had so much fun! This was our first year dying brown eggs!

Unfortunately, we did not make it to any formal egg hunts this year, but the girls had an absolute blast hiding them for each other in our front garden. And of course, we got some nice Easter pictures of our girls!
Very cute! The girls playing with the eggs looks very "official" as far as an egg hunt is concerned.
