Christmas Prep

It was definitely a different Christmas for us this year.  It wasn’t the same setting up the Christmas tree and then going swimming in your pool!  It was strange not seeing as many lit up houses…as well as not having our house lit up on the outside for the first time ever.  It was bizarre to not hear Christmas music playing on all the radio stations.  BUT, we had each other and the many joys of the season and for that, we had a Merry Christmas.

I just loved Alaina’s list to Santa this year!  She was going through a catalogue and started just copying down some of things that she liked.  My favorite was the “eye” pad!  Then she went on to draw a picture of Santa and her & her sisters with thought bubbles as to what they really wanted.  Alaina asked Hallie what she wanted and Hallie replied, “Purple.”  Love these girls!!
