Cute girls early in the morning
We had an early start as we boarded our bus for our group tour to the Mekong Delta.
So many burial sites in random places!
Getting on our first boat to tour the Mekonga Delta.
We visited a bee farm and enjoyed natural honey tea and dried fruits. Alaina was so brave to hold the bee frame.
We walked a little further and enjoyed listening to music while eating some tropical fresh fruit and cultural music.
Then we walked a little further to where we would take our private longtail boat ride.
Hopping across boats to get to ours
Next stop was to a coconut candy factory. Free samples and learning how they make them. We even bought some at the end.
Water coconut
On another small boat going further into the Mekong Delta for lunch
As soon as we got off the boat, the girls were pulled in different directions for photos!
Lunch time!
Time to relax!
More eleborate gravesites and crazt locations, some even in people’s bedrooms or right outside their house!
Last fun activity was a horse buggy ride!
Heading back to our bus
We got back to our hotel and got ready to meet a friend of mine from high school that is currently living in Vietnam. An evening walk and ending with ice cream rounded our full, fun day!
